2025年4月14日，歐洲標準化委員會(CEN)批準了EN 17826:2025《兒童護理用品 - 化學危害 - 要求》 (Child care articles - Chemical hazards - Requirements)。標準文本將于近期發(fā)布。

根據(jù)其標準草案FprEN 17826:2025，該標準擬管控14類兒童護理產(chǎn)品中的7類化學物質(zhì)：19項元素遷移、3項阻燃劑含量(TCEP、TCPP、TDCP)、苯胺、129項致敏香料含量、甲醛含量、7項多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)，以及甲酰胺含量和釋放量。

• 安全圍欄(Safety barriers)

• 床護欄(Bedguards)

• 嬰兒背帶和兒童背帶(Baby carriers and child carriers)

• 嬰兒車(Pushchairs and prams)

• 手提嬰兒床及支架(Carry cots, baby nests and carry cot stands)

• 浴盆和洗澡用具(Bath tubs and bathing aids)

• 搖籃和嬰兒秋千(Reclined cradles and infant swings)

• 椅上座椅(Chair mounted seats)

• 桌邊座椅(Table mounted chairs)

• 自行車兒童座椅(Childs seats for bicycle)

• 嬰兒搖椅(Baby bouncers)

• 兒童安全帶和韁繩(Children's harnesses and reins)

• 嬰兒學步車(Baby walking frames)

• 換衣臺(Changing units)

標準擬不適用于其他兒童家具、高腳椅(highchairs)、烹飪學習臺(learning towers)、安撫奶嘴(soothers)、安撫奶嘴固定器(soother holders)、兒童飲用設備(drinking equipment)、兒童餐具和喂食器具(cutlery and feeding utensils)。

最終具體的適用產(chǎn)品范圍和化學物質(zhì)，以正式發(fā)布的標準文本為準。
