2024年12月27日，南非國(guó)際貿(mào)易管理委員會(huì)（ITAC）（代表南部非洲聯(lián)盟-SACU，SACU包含國(guó)家為南非、博茨瓦納、納米比亞、萊索托及斯威士蘭5國(guó)）發(fā)布公告，應(yīng)南非企業(yè)ArcelorMittal South Arica Limited提交的申請(qǐng)，對(duì)進(jìn)口鋼扁軋制品發(fā)起保障措施調(diào)查。

具體產(chǎn)品如下：寬度為600mm或以上的鐵、非合金鋼扁軋制品，用鋁鋅合金包覆，鍍層或涂層，厚度小于0.45mm（Flat-rolled Products of Iron, Non-alloy Steel, of a width of 600 mm or more, clad, plated or coated, with aluminium-zinc alloys, of a thickness of less than 0.45mm）涉案產(chǎn)品的南非稅號(hào)為7210.61.20和7210.61.30；寬度為600毫米或以上的其他合金鋼扁軋制品，鋅鍍層或涂層，厚度小于0.45mm（Flat-rolled Products of other Alloy Steel, of a width of 600 mm or more, otherwise plated or coated, with zinc, of a thickness of less than 0.45mm）涉案產(chǎn)品的南非稅號(hào)為7225.92.25和7225.92.35。本案損害調(diào)查期為2021年5月1日至2024年4月30日。

利益相關(guān)方應(yīng)于立案之日起20日內(nèi)進(jìn)行應(yīng)訴登記、以書(shū)面形式提交本案評(píng)述意見(jiàn)以及聽(tīng)證會(huì)申請(qǐng)。
