2016年3月18日，美國Varidesk LLC公司向美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）提出申請，指控美國進口以及美國國內(nèi)市場銷售的部分可調(diào)節(jié)高度的桌臺及其同類組件（Height-Adjustable Desk Platforms and Components Thereof）侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國專利注冊號9113703、9277809），申請啟動337調(diào)查。

　　申訴方建議美國ITC將下列企業(yè)列為本案的指定應(yīng)訴方：美國Ergotron, Inc.公司（Ergotron, Inc. - St. Paul , MN , USA）；Nortek, Inc.公司（Nortek, Inc. - Providence , RI , USA
