　　2016年5月27日，美國(guó)HP Inc.向美國(guó)ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，指控對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的部分噴墨打印機(jī)、打印頭和墨盒及其零部件侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國(guó)專利注冊(cè)號(hào)：6270201、6491377、6260952、7004564、7090343和7744202），請(qǐng)求美國(guó)ITC發(fā)布一般排除令（或有限排除令）和禁止令。
