　　2019年4月30日，美國Lighting Science Group Corporation ., of Cocoa Beach, FL、美國Healthe, Inc., of Cocoa Beach, FL,、美國Global Value Lighting, LLC, of West Warwick, RI向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權（美國注冊專利號7,098,483、7,095,053、8,506,118、7,528,421、8,674,608、8,201,968、8,967,844），請求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。

　　美國國際貿(mào)易委員會將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結束期。除美國貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
