2019年1月11日，WTO保障措施委員會(huì)發(fā)布菲律賓向其提交的保障措施立案通報(bào)。2018年12月20日，菲律賓對(duì)進(jìn)口陶瓷地磚和墻磚（Ceramic Floor and WallTiles）啟動(dòng)保障措施立案調(diào)查。涉案產(chǎn)品的稅號(hào)為6907.2123、6907.2124、6907.2193、6907.2194、6907.2213、6907.2214、6907.2293、6907.2294、 6907.2313、6907.2314、6907.2393、6907.2394和6907.4092。

　　利益相關(guān)方應(yīng)于立案之日起5日內(nèi)提交本案評(píng)述意見至菲律賓調(diào)查機(jī)關(guān)。
